48-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Full Charge for Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a full charge of the treatment cost.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will also result in a full charge of the treatment cost.
